I have just used this shop for the first time. I purchased two table lights that where touch censor to turn them on, one did not work as good as the other one so I took it Back to (only to exchange)it for anthor one. The young guy who served me 1 hr before was not there so the old man who works there pulled a face told me that's how some are I explained I would like a new lamp, if in his opinion it was ok all he had to was to sell it to some one else. So what was the problem? He was not happy about changing it told me to get onto trading standards if I am not happy. Eventually changed the lamp but as I was leaving the shop he called out piss off!!! The young guy who originally served me and the lady in store were very nice and polite. It is a shame how one old man can ruine a small business with foul language and bad attitude. I think it's time you retired before you destroy that business!!! We have just moved to the area and are looking to furnish our new house but unfortunately not in this Shop now. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff having to work along side someone with such foul mouth in a small work space. My kind regards to the rest of the staff. And the lady who had to listen to him!!
