Rude and dishonest staff. A lot of their newer goods are counterfeit and they sell the items knowing this. This includes a large amount of fake chinese silver rings and other jewellery marked 925/92S.

This shop is cramped and poorly organised with grotesquely overpriced stock, but the real issue with this shop is the staff. As with any charity shop there are a couple of kind, polite volunteers, but most are rude, hostile and seem more interested in sitting in the back room drinking cups of tea than actually serving customers. The last time I was in the shop I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting for someone to emerge from the back. While I waited I listened to them mock and berate their customers, moan about the "rubbish" a lady had just donated to the shop and complain that takings were down. When finally a member of staff poked their nose out, they disappeared instantly, telling the manager that "some idiot" was waiting to pay. I didn't wait any longer and will never set foot in the shop again.

A lovely big bright and airy shop. The stock is high quality and priced accordingly. The shop is noted for its fabulous window displays which are regularly updated.
