I regularly drop baby clothes into this charity shop - I’ve been met with a frosty greeting before as have other mum friends trying to help our local charity shops and giving away our babies no longer used clothes and items - others have also fed back the volenteers in this shop are, for lack of a better word: extremely unfriendly. Today was the last straw dropping off a number of bits were greeted with sarcasm and as if they didn’t want the items. I think Oxfam need to be made aware of this and that folk in the Faversham area are going to different charity shops due to the unfriendly nature.
Friendly staff and good selection. Recommended
Oxfam now almost charge retail prices charity?????
