From 1 star to 4! Prior my review, the owner has got in touch with me and has rectified the issue with the mounts. Which is great customer service in my eyes, he was very calm and apologetic towards what had happened previously. I would use Faversham Frames based of the customer service and how quick he was to rectify existing problems.

Rude and smug to say the least! They think they're something special but actually they're just over priced and open at times to suit them rather than the customer! They're 30 to 50 per cent more expensive than others. I asked for a price for something to he framed and was told it was £110. I ended up taking it to a shop in Margate who charged me £70 and she was apologetic for charging that much! Also don't fall for the I'll price it up when I come to frame it and let you know routime. They know if they give you the price at the get go you'd run for the door! And to top it off they don't take credit or debit cards! I won't be going back under any circumstances at all!
