Utterly delighted. I have always had trouble with my hair and the stylist at OTT knew exactly where to cut it to reduce the bulk and give it flow with reference to the preexisting layers. She was also super conscious to recommend services that I actually needed. The outcome was fantastic value, I recommend it highly.
