Where the master moved? I need haircut and he did it always good. Anybody knows? ________________ I use this salon regularly. Master knows  well how to do platinum blonds and how to cut.  His highlights are gentle and thin and it doesn't look like zebra lines, what I see on many heads.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!  I have been going to this salon for 4 years but have recently found out that the owner has changed and a lot of the staff has left! If anyone knows where Monika is, please let me know! I went to the salon and was served by a young guy. He washed my hair with ice-cold water. When I told him what type of hair I wanted, he barely listened and just started to cut away. He then pulled my hair so hard that I had to stretch my head so that he didn’t pull out my hair. He combed over my ear and almost pulled out my earring, it was so painful. He spent 15 minutes on my hair and then charged me £40 even though it was supposed to be £30 standby. When I got home, one side of my hair was longer than the other, hairs were coming out from underneath. I went back the next day. The owner man with a bun agreed to fix it, but DID NOT speak English so took a significant amount of hair off and again NO clips were used, no layers, and again, the comb was used very hard. While I appreciate that the owner fixed my hair and blow-dried it, it is about 10 cm !!!!!! shorter with no layers and no shape. Unfortunately I will NOT return. I would recommend that they don’t run this business like a cheap street barber shop instead of an expensive salon. Unless you speak Turkish and can explain what you want, good luck to you, I look like a 6-year-old with this horrendous haircut even though I had told them that I had an event this coming week. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Asked for a trim and came out with layers cut into my hair... The FOH staff were amazing but the man who cut my hair was quite rough and the experience felt rushed. He didn't communicate with me before he cut layers in... Not what I wanted at all and definitely didn't ask for! First time visiting the salon and I chose it based on the great reviews, but I believe there's recently been a change of management. Won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend this salon.

Went for a hair cut this morning, firstly when I arrived I was told my appointment had been cancelled  of which it hadn't , I was then taken to have my hair washed by the lady at the FOH and she was good so I have no complaints about her. I then was taken to the chair to have my hair cut by a man with a beard. man bun and a tattoo of scissors on his hand. He was talking to the receptionist in their own language and were clearly talking about me. He knotted my hair so much that it was hurting when he was brushing it. he was very forceful when moving my head where he wanted it and didn't engage in conversation at all with myself at any point. he then told me I had to buy this detangling conditioner of which this point I just wanted to get out of the salon. I was charged £87 when last time it was £50 for a service that wasn't worth £10 in my opinion. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

I had the best cut I've had in years. Monika was amazing, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have very thick and wavy hair that is very difficult to style. Monika did a great job and gave me great advice on a cut that suits me. I've had so many compliments since my haircut and I left the salon feeling happy and confident   The staff are all welcoming, friendly and kind. Very happy that I walked into this salon!

If you have noticed, all good reviews are from years ago when Scott was the owner. Owner and staff have changed. Scammers. This is a Turkish street barber shop with expensive prices with ZERO quality nor qualified staff nor customer service. Do yourself a favour: AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!! You will be overcharged, they are sneaky!

My wife came home crying because her hair was pulled so hard and the comb almost ripped off her earrings. They also gave her a terrible haircut and we had to go to another salon to fix it. My wife told me that the staff does not listen or doesn’t speak English. It’s the same experience as going to a cheap barbershop, not a highend salon. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I have visiting this hairdressers for years and always had a good experience but on this one occasion it was awful. I had a completed points card for a free treatment. The card had been stamped with Mastcutters stamp. They did not honour the free treatment because they said there was an error with the stamps but the stamps were correct. i have been a loyal customer for years and should not have been treated like this. The stylist argued with me and was very rude. Since this, i have not attended the salon and have taken my custom to another salon in Sydenham who are brilliant. The manager Scott did not even call me to find out what had happened.

Would highly recommend, so happy with my cut & colour with sadat , hes done my hair a few times, and knows exactly what i want & what looks good. Great experience & customer service ServicesHairstyling, Hair coloring

The owner  The man even didn’t listen to me. He did what he wanted. He is rude, unrespectful and when you ask something, he looks he is annoyed. Very bad customer service. He did my hair really bad.
