Great service in store unfortunately there is no after sales service at all. Cannot call to speak with anyone I have tried to speak to them on the phone several times just to be on hold over 30 minutes and no one answers (despite apparently being next in line).  On the occasions we have been able to speak to someone we have been promises a call back and never received one. Now the awning we have bought is unusable and we will have to take a long drive out to the store to resolve our issues... this is such a shame as I hoped this would be somewhere I would regularly shop but not now.

Had a great range of products to buy, and the sale is amazing. All the staff were very helpful and I shall certainly be returning as i came away with everything I needed. Never realised we had such a great outdoor shop nearby! It helped that the shop is dog friendly so I brought my dog Bob too.

Absolutely great service.  Josh spent lots of time helping us with various equipment needed for our sons World Challenge Expedition. Fantastic knowledge on various equipment. Didn't try to oversell items,  great selection and discounts available. Would highly recommend.

So much Ski gear to choose from - debating taking a different outfit every day for my upcoming ski trip. Great value and great shop. Thanks again I will be back
