Evelyn Taylor Sample Room is located within the beautiful Dotty Taylor boutique in the picturesque town of Holmfirth.

We offer a huge selection of designer bridal dresses all sold off the peg as sample dresses. We pride ourselves on helping brides save a huge amount of money on their dream wedding dress.

Samples by designers, Pronovias, Mooshki, Eliza Jane Howell, Loulou, Charlotte Balbier, Lusan Mandongus and many money.

Prices range from £299-£1300 and sizez 8-16

My experience at Dotty was the best experience that anyone could ever wish for. They have a massive range of dresses to choose from and all the ladies were so lovely. Claire who assisted me was just the best and she made me feel so special and along with my mum, helped me find my dream dress. They take care of you so well and they’re so welcoming on arrival! I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for their perfect dress to visit Dotty Bridal as I can’t express enough how amazing it was. A day I’ll never forget!

The shop is gorgeous with so many dresses to choose from, and the little touches throughout your visit make it extra-special. The Cloud Suite was stunning, so tranquil and serene. Gemma was absolutely wonderful and really helped me find the right dress for me. Her advice and kindness was invaluable for such an important day! I can't recommend Dotty enough, they really are the best. Can't wait to come back for my fittings!
I cannot recommend Dotty Bridal enough!! The shop has so many beautiful dresses to choose from and has such a lovely warm welcoming feeling. Cassey was absolutely amazing!!! She really helped me have confidence in myself and was amazing in helping me find my dream dress. She made me and my mum feel so special and we couldn’t stop smiling throughout the appointments. I visited the shop on two occasions and at no point did I feel rushed or under pressure, nothing was too much trouble, Cassey you are wonderful! The whole experience was truly amazing, thank you so much!!!!
The most amazing experience from start to finish! I visited Dotty on 21st August after booking online a few weeks ago. I completed a form with some questions and also added some dresses that I liked to my look book. When we arrived we were offered drinks straight away and such a warm welcome we all instantly felt comfortable and excited to find my dress. Claire shared some info on the designers and different dresses in the store. We all picked a few and some dresses from my look book were also selected. We then began the process of elimination! We all had such a lovely morning. With each dress that I tried, I would highlight details I liked and didn’t like so much - Claire would take note and always find a dress closer and closer to what I wanted. The dress I have chosen could not be more different from what I envisaged weeks ago, which just shows how amazing Claire is at her job. She knew better than me what I wanted and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with my dress. An amazing place to visit for your dress, I found mine after first appt which I believe is the case for many! Thank you so much Claire
WOW What an amazing experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend booking the ‘cloud suite’ to make it extra special. Such a gorgeous store and location, you can make a full day of it in Holmfirth, it’s stunning. Adding dresses to my online ‘look book’ which is emailed out before my appointment was a huge help. Cassey, my stylist, was amazing and already had a good idea of what I wanted before I stepped in the door. She was so welcoming and accommodating providing plenty of tissues and words of encouragement! and made me feel comfortable in every sample dress I picked no matter what size it said on the hanger. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured so the feeling of finding ‘the one’ was just magical. The gift box is a lovely touch to finish of the best day ever. Thank you Dotty for making this such an easy ‘yes’!
The moment I walked in I felt so welcomed which made a huge difference as I felt very nervous beforehand as I didn’t know what dress shopping would be like. All the girls were so lovely and Georgina helped me say yes to the dress by listening to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress I tried on honestly can’t thank her enough! All the dresses were so beautiful 10/10 recommend to any bride wanting to find the perfect dress x
Emma at Dotty Bridal was so friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. The shop itself is clean and spacious and has such a large range of dresses to suit all different styles, shapes and budgets. Would 100% recommend!
I had my first wedding dress shopping experience yesterday at Dotty and it was an amazing special couple of hours, beautiful shop, lovely staff especially Claire who helped me find my dream dress! I felt like I was in the best hands with her, she made me feel comfortable and confident and was just so lovely as was Naimh and the other girls I met! For me It was a dream come true to shop at Dotty and certainly lived up to the expectations I had! I would highly recommend them!
Dotty bridal wasn't the first shop I went to, but it was definitely the last! It was everything you want the experience to be, friendly, luxurious, comfortable, private, gorgeous. The selection of dresses was second to none, and I felt incredibly taken care of, especially after my car broke down on route and I didn't know if I could make it! The best part of the experience had to be Beth I was indecisive and losing hope after trying on dresses elsewhere, but Beth chose a wildcard, entirely different from anything I would have picked, and I left Dotty having found the dress of my dreams! I Completely recommend Dotty bridal, wouldn't change a thing.
