Took my mother in law to Out of Essex today for a Groupon gel fingers and toes, lady who done them was really lovely and did them very well. The reason for the 2 stars is because the owner and another lady was slagging off people who do their semi permanent makeup and lip fillers. This was so off putting and not very professional. My son was also with us who was play with a sequin pillow, and the lady came over and took it off him. It's only a pillow!!! No wonder why the salon was dead.

Tracey and her team treated me like a total queen in the run up to my wedding. They gave me all the advice I needed as a novice and made me feel properly looked after. Eternally grateful and highly recommend.

Been having my eyebrows shaped for years at other salons and went to out of essex They gave me the best eyebrow shape i have ever had will be going back there forever and ever! So Happy!

I'll start with something positive, the therapist/owner - Tracey seemed very experienced in her work. BUT from the minute I stepped in Out of Essex, herself and the receptionist barely spoke to me, didn't give me a consultation on exactly what I wanted. I was sat down, not spoke to and had to stop her and tell her briefly how I like my eyelashes. The reason I wasn't spoke to as they didn't stop speaking or rather moaning between themselves endlessly about the same 'selfish friend' the entire time I was in the salon. I find the actual eyelashes themselves okay, no clumps of glue but she doesn't seem to of added as many as I usually like - I would of said something but I wanted to get out. I paid £27 for the treatment on Treatwell but was unable to go on the day due to an emergency, I called and was told it was absolutely fine to attend on New Years Eve instead. This date was £30 on Treatwell so I was expecting to pay these extra few pounds. After the treatment I was told it was an extra £18 for the treatment, bringing it up to £45 which the lashes are certainly not worth. I would not recommend this place, a rip off and poor experience.

It's the most calming serene salon I hav ever been to! All the staff are friendly and welcoming and their work is amazing! I hav been there many times and will continue to go back there for everything from glam and go's to a quick eyebrow wax!
