I had my eyebrows microbladed by a lovely and professional girl called Charlie. She did a fantastic  job considering I really had hardly any of my own eyebrows to work with. They have framed my face look amazing and cannot recommend this treatment highly enough. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly and I’m going back in 3 weeks to have eyelashes put on for my sons wedding and will certainly be back for eyebrow touch ups. I don’t ever want to be without them again

New to the area - Eyebrows Emergency 

I had booked an appointment through the treatwell website at a beautician down the road from beauty heaven. When I got to the store The doors were locked and they weren’t open- there was no sign up to even state they were closed. When I’d called the mobile number displayed on the door. The beautician informed me she’s closed on a Tuesday -.-

I really needed to get my eyebrows to look presentable for my interview tomorrow. I walked into beauty heaven clinic like a little lost puppy. 

Charley was so kind helpful and friendly. She’d had squeezed me in to have my eyebrows neatened up. It was my first time having my eyebrows waxed but Charley had made it a painless and a comfortable experience. 

Definitely will come here again!

I have been a customer for more than one year. Never had an issue before but my last visit was terrible. My eyelashes were perfect but my eyebrows look horrible and a completely different shape, one looks good but the other one has a round shape at the start and is no way I can cover with makeup. I called them and they gave me an email so I could send my pictures. I sent it 3 times and still no answer. Really disappointed 😔.

I really don’t understand some of these negative reviews.  I have been coming to beauty heaven for around 4 years now travelling from Cambridge and I have always been treated so nice by the friendly staff.   They are all lovely girls.  My eyebrows always look amazing after and many friends have commented.  I will certainly remain a customer.  Special thanks to Jessica and Hollie.

Top marks to Charley and the receptionist today. I was seen on time and had an eyebrow top up with Charley. She did a perfect job on my first treatment and I love the shape she created. The top up looks great today, I’m really pleased with the service.
