Poor in the fact of no communication between staff and party parents. Food was put on tables for children and by the time the children got upstairs it was 10 minutes before they ate so the food was cold because the play house was freezing and I'm not exaggerating. My daughter booked a disco party and the host told her that it was a basic party because my daughter must have been miss hurd on the phone. However nice play facilities even though it could do with a good clean. I found funky monkeys much better by a long way. Also the helium balloons we provided which were intended for every child at the party were a little bit wasted because the staff at the play house let 5 go by accident and then asked my daughter what SHE wanted to do about it. 😠😠😠

Kids loved it. Not overly priced. Good day. Only down side was adults filming inside play area so we left.

I was quite impressed  by this establishment good prices & good food . drink over priced ( best of bringing your own . for the kids  fruit shoots  4 in the £ shop where as in here £150 a bottle you're not sopose too but you can put them in your bag anyway. ) thats why entry fee is cheap. £4.50 per child under 11 adults are free unlike some soft play areas the one off Portrack Lane Stockton comes to mind

Had some fun with children.There are many choices for almost every age range of children. Toilets are clean and tidy. Coffee and meals are provided.prices are £4.5 per child. All in all, the place worth it.

Parking spaces but not many food menu is not great but kids do enjoy a good run around burning off that extra energy
