First time in Boro one there was plenty of machines to choose from the staff were more than happy to help and we got a raffle ticket for chance to win but didn't stay long enough so gave ticket away was nice n clean too and staff made us hot drink for free which was nice .

Staff were always lovely in here, the only thing I didn’t like was when they would fit new machines in the site whilst customers are in the shop, not only is this unsafe it’s also annoying to gamers.  The same goes when staff are cleaning around customers.

Staff lovely and smiley and friendly greetings. Always offers of drinks.
