I can’t praise this chip shop more highly. Alex and his team are the epitome of professionalism. The shop is run so well. It’s clean. Food is cooked to order and is both delicious and excellent value for money. Delivery is only £1. Gluten free and vegetarian options available too. Alex will always go that extra mile for his customers which is why this chip shop is so popular and the best.  Parking: This shop is within a parade of shop set in a lay-by with parking outside. Excellent quality fish, chips, pies and other food. Portion sizes very good and excellent value. We greatly value the gluten free fish and sausages which is very unusual. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take so much care to keep the gluten free food segregated. Well done!Food: 5/5

Love this chip shop. It’s definitely the best in town. My favourite is the cod bites and their curry sauce. The staff  and the owner Alex is so lovely. They always try their best to accommodate special requests. It’s also clean, I would not go any where else! My whole family love this place.

**Best fish and chips around**  There was a queue but the staff were very friendly and efficient they managed this really well. When it was our turn they were all polite and courteous. The food was amazing and well worth the queues! We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous fish and chips, the batter was amazing but also some incredible owners. Thank you for your kindness and general chattiness  you showed my daughter and fiance yesterday on her birthday. You have customers for life without a doubt.

The food is lovely from Oulton Road Fish & Chip Shop. The chips are really good… not hard or dry, lovely and soggy… how I like them. Fish is really good too. My Fiancé bought some home last night 16/12/22at around 7pm . They were still lovely and fresh, not reheated! I would definitely recommend this chip shop  well done guys!!

I've always recommended this chip shop as their food has always been delicious. However this was not the case today. I had a delivery of cod bites and chips which I've ordered before and usually the batter is crispy and you get a good size portion... Enough for me to have some the following night. However I was extremely disappointed with today's meal. The cod bites were very small and the batter was soggy. I wish I'd taken a photo now. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have phoned to complain. It's put me off ordering from them now as it's not a cheap meal

Not our first time here but I thought it was worthy of writing a review.  The Fish & Chips are excellent.  Fish is fresh and the batter is nice and light and not greasy.  Chips are amazing.  Portions sizes are very generous and staff are polite and friendly.

Really really excellent food, delivery outstanding very nice delivery driver. We had an accident with a portion of chips and it was no problem for them to send us out another. I would highly recommend
