I saw Michael for a recent knee pain that prevented me from running any meaningful distance. He had a great manner about him that was very calming and made me feel totally relaxed. Michael was interested in past injuries I had received, as well as how I moved in general, aiming to sort my current issue, in addition to preventing me from having any future pain. He corrected flaws in my posture and running style which has led to 
me having no knee pain, as well as an increase in my endurance abilities. I would thoroughly recommend Michael to anybody who has pain problems, or would just like to learn more about, and improve, how they move.

Michael helped me a great deal after a car accident. He has a very calm approach which I found helped me to relax . He explained things and gave me exercises which I have continued to do and I now feel that I am back to how I was before the accident happened. I will recommend him to friends.

Micheal is an excellent physiotherapist - he gave me simple and easy exercises in order to help overcome neck pain from a recent car accident. In addition to this, his calm time of voice put me at ease throughout treatment. Would recommend hugely!

Michael is an excellent physiotherapist. I visited him after having long term tension headaches and neck ache that just would not subside. Having read previous reviews I knew I wasn't just going to have a massage and feel better, and Michael helped me to develop strategies to cope with stress and anxiety that was at the root of the tension. After a few sessions I was a much more relaxed person and the pain and tension had gone. I now have coping mechanisms in place that whenever I do feel tense I can work through it and feel calm. If I ever need physio again, I would definitely go back to Michael.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. I saw him for two different types of pain - one was a prolonged knee pain and I had it for four years and the other a sudden inflammation in my other knee. Michael explained how pain is connected to body patterns- our walking and standing postures we don't even notice - and how by changing them we address the pain. Definitely worked in my case! He also helped me with building my running routine, through postures and awareness to thoughts.  I would definitely recommend Michael to any one who is looking for a physiotherapist.
