Phoned on Monday to arrange an appointment for my son. Was told we would hear back within two days with further details. When no email was received we called back on Friday. The person we spoke to had no recollection of the prior conversation and tried to book our son for something entirely different under another patient's name.

From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was looked after by all the staff. Everyone was lovely & reassuring. The room was perfect & very clean and the food was well presented & tasty with a great choice. An amazing team doing a fabulous job =)

My stay at the Nuffield Exeter hospital was absolutely faultless. Fantastic staff that offer you quality care and respect. The hospital is very welcoming and spotless! My aftercare since my op has been fab, very thorough. Amazing hospital, highly recommend

An absolute shambles! 4 weeks to actually see a consultant! Then during a 10 minute consultation I was informed that I'd need a scan! 5 weeks later after numerous attempts to book one I had one done.
If this is private health then I won't be bothering again!
