I cannot recommend highly enough. I previously used them as a trial on my Suzuki van. Today I entrusted them with my pride and joy 2016 Mustang a full service and MOT. Brilliant Father and Son business. Unquestionably the best. No more RIP off prices from main dealership
Bought a low mileage Peugeot 3008 from here with very good service history. It was a bit expensive but I got a fair PX. The vehicle was great until about 7 weeks later when it had an injector failure. Contacted Ottery Motor Services and was told to bring it in to be sorted. I had the vehicle recovered directly there by about 1700 Friday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later the vehicle was ready. Had some travelling time to pick it up but they were happy to wait well beyond their usual closing time for us to collect. Really good service. Much better than some franchise garages I have dealt with.
