I have been using Orwell Insurance for the last 4 years and have always found them helpful and efficient, responding promptly to all my queries. I recently had to cancel a policy and received a refund within 10 minutes of sending my email....impressive!
I get consistent, brilliant service from this company. Such a pleasure when a human answers the phone and i'm not left waiting for ages! Easy to deal with and always professional. Certainly would recommend.
They don’t tell you on the phone about admin fees if you cancel in the cooling off period. I had to cancel the policy after taking it out the next day and was charged £35. After numerous emails complaining they wouldn’t refund my money.
Disappointed, firstly never responded to my email, which was a reply from their email which had a price from the Quotezone information. I had to eventually phone and was then told that price was not really valid and needed more information to go to the underwriters. I gave the requested information and was told will phone me back with a price, that has never happened, very poor.
Read the clauses in small print they won.t pay out
Very accommodating, excellent customer service. Never made a claim so can't comment on that side of things. Competetive and helpful.
Quick service, this company dealt with my query straight away, very helpful. Would recommend
