Honestly couldn’t recommend anyone better!!!!nnWe was referred by our local vets when ournMiniature Dachshund got a fracture in his leg! He was only 10 weeks old at the time! So worried about everything, Karl who we spoke to was absolutely amazing answered all my questions and queries no issues at all. Got us in straight away, absolutely amazing from all aspects no hidden agenda/fees everything covered at our first consultation. Looked after our Ted so well and amazing with check ups!nnTeds now been discharged and I genuinely feel so lucky we were referred to this vets because we wouldn’t have got the service we got! I honestly can’t thank Karl especially enough. So grateful and thankful of all the staff aswell.nnThis place would be my first call if I ever needed the services again, I wouldn’t go elsewhere now the standards have been set so high!
What a wonderful team at this orthopaedic hospital. Paddy has gone through his MMP cruciate surgery with Karl and come through at the end of it beach ready!! Gentle beach ready. I just cannot recommend Orthopaedic Vet highly enough. Surgery was done without having to wait weeks, surgery went well and we felt fully supported all through Paddy's recovery to his final x-rays today that have shown a brilliant result, no limping or odd gait. Total professionals, lovely people. Even if I lived 200 miles away, I would still return to this hospital for any future orthopaedic work required. Just brilliant. Thank you.
Our Golden Retriever tore his ACL and required surgery back in June. We were recommended Orthopaedic Vet Ashbourne by our local vet in Bakewell and we couldn't be happier. Bart and the team were incredible at getting him scheduled in quickly, updating us on the day of surgery and held our hand every step of the recovery process. I felt confident that I had all the information to help our boy have the best chance at a successful outcome. Any answer I didn't have, or any worry I did have - a member of the team were on email asking for videos / updates. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful and compassionate team!
Bart , Sarah and Amy are the ones I met when I had to take my 12 year old Westhighland White Terrier had to have cruciate surgery . Bart and his team are the most likeable professionals I ever had the pleasure to meet. From booking Tessa in with Sarah , Bart doing the surgery and Amy signing her off as all fixed the whole experience was a breeze . Honestly so well organised and what a wonderful building and setup they have . I would 1000% recommend these guys to ANYONE. So thankyou from me and of course Tessa.
My Cavalier King Charles, Bailey, is currently receiving ongoing treatment for a fractured leg. The whole team are superb and are giving Bailey excellent care and attention. Highly recommended.nBailey has now been discharged by the team after a successful period of recovery under their guidance. The care Bailey has had is second to none and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. If your beloved pet is in need of orthopaedic services you could not find a better place to take them. Thank you to all the team you have been absolutely brilliant.
