All the vets at this practice are caring and knowledgeable, but Adam is next level. He is so thorough and often goes over alloted appointment times to ensure that everything has been considered and done. He goes into great detail about his findings so making decisions is clear and easy. These are the best vets I have ever encountered, I fully trust our pet's health in their hands.
Fantastic service, same day appointment and procedure done there and then relocated hip under GA. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and reasurring. The standard of care for both myself stressed and upset owner and our little dog was absolutely top class! The vet Adam showed incredible compassion and explained the procedure and after care to great extent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone!!nPhoto attached of our little lady Tilly - still a little away with the fairies
Cannot fault Blenheim in any way. Amazing care for our pets. All of the vets and other staff treat your pets like their own. Everyone takes time to fuss the animals and it really makes a difference when you're there and concerned about your pet. That's not to mention the amazing medical intervention they have provided to my dogs. I have no doubts that 2 of my 3 dogs are only currently with us because of how incredible and determined these vets are. Thank you all so much.
We have just joined this practice following moving to the area and have to give them 5 stars. Registration process was straightforward and the receptionist I spoke with on the phone was great. The practice is spotless, well maintained and really accessible. The reception team are responsive, kind and welcoming and the vet we saw, India, was really engaged, patient and genuine, she explained all of her concerns clearly and concisely and our treatment options, including prices. She was also very gentle with our dog. The Pet Health Club is also a great initiative. Couldn't recommend any more highly.
Easy to make appointments, nice friendly staff. Allowed us to pay over the phone on another day as we had to have our pet put to sleep and could see we were upset. This was really thoughtful and saved us the embarrassment in front of other customers.
