Throughout our interactions, Izidora demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in U.S. immigration matters. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of the complexities involved in the immigration process were evident at every step. However, I was unable to complete the process with her because my second I-140 was not submitted with them the company I am working for was acquired. I found this decision a bit difficult and complicated, and I was quite disappointed by this aspect of my experience. My E1 VISA requirements were not uncomplicated and I needed to rely on an experienced team to advise and support me throughout this process. Ortega-Medina were very thorough and extremely professional during our engagement, and this resulted in the perfect outcome for me. This is the second time I've used them for this VISA renewal and will definitely do so again. Highly recommended.
The team at Ortega-Medina were instrumental in obtaining my first E1 Visa back in 2016. Their knowledge, patience and advice is second to none. I recently changed from the E1 to an E2 visa and they were incredibly patient with me, provided updated information Covid and we had regular calls I was in the USA with updates on additional information required. My interview at the US Embassy in London was straight forward due to the excellent and thorough work and documentation provided by Izidora, Fedwa and the team. Each time Visas were issued for the maximum 5 year duration allowed by the Embassy/USCIS. My wife and step daughter were also included for both Visas. I would highly recommend the team at Ortega for any US Visa/Immigration matter.

I met the team at Ortega-Medina & Associates Attorneys Orlando & Izidora 10 years ago. They were instrumental in helping me to obtain my first visa back then. I had no hesitation to retain their services again very recently for my renewal. Their outstanding legal services were personally tailored to my case with dedication and close guidance throughout the process. In addition to their legal expertise this is a highly professional, friendly, and resourceful team. They have my highest recommendation.
Orlando Ortega helped clarify a number of misconceptions I had about the visa process. He was not only patient with my questions but also very forthcoming when it came to options I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Ortega-Medina to my friends and family.
Be aware of this firm. Orlando never performed legal services we paid for. After submitting all documents, he claimed that I submitted them late. He said unless I pay 600 euros and apologize to him and his team he will not be working on the case which I already paid him over 8,000 euros for. Be careful they will cause hiccups for your case then ask you to pay extra fees for delays. If you refuse, they will keep your original retainer and stop responding to you. I have filed complaints with the State Bar and will update this review with the outcome. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, no wonder other clients had the same experience. Unbelievable.
I would like to say this law firm is outstanding with customer services, I want to thanks Izidora Levi for filing up my case and got me visa approved, thanks to Fedwa Tahri also for helping me through out the whole process . Highly recommend.
