Danielle Cohen and her team are rather professional, committed with their customers needs. They are technically, academically well prepared with loads of well-succeed cases supporting individuals, couples, families with their immigrations demands. We had a tricky situation and we were not sure whether our newborn would be eligible for a U.K passport. Bethannie Cooper was helpful enough to guide our application and clear any doubts we had. Communication with Danielle herself was difficult and quite passive aggressive unfortunately. Follow ups had to be made via emails and with no response, we had to make calls to the office. As an immigration service provider to clients who are new, confused and anxious- some flow of communication would be appreciated. And also a sense reassurance to keep client relationship strong would go a long way :

My experience with Danielle Cohen was quite poor. We had a consultation booked in and we were stood up with nothing to say that it was cancelled. As this lawyer charges 2x of what any other mid-range lawyer charges £4500-£5500 for a family visa, I had presumed that this would mean quality service, my bad. Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's good.

I'm an overseas citizen and they sorted out my daughters passport. Very knowlegable of the legal background. Passport office caused some issues and delays, they persevered and sorted it out. 5 stars from me.

We had an impossible time trying to work our way through what we had to do, and time was running out.  We were so thankful to have had Danielle assist us. She made time to attend to us urgently. Without her help we would still be stranded on the other side of the world. If you want to feel like you are treated with respect, you want to deal with someone who is professional and going to give your file the proper attention, I would recommend Danielle without hesitation.
