you couldn't get a better stake deal in ringwood, 2 for one and a bottle of wine! I personally absolutely adore this pub, every time I go in its so welcoming and friendly. the bar staff are so lovely and they will always talk to you if you go in by yourself, the locals are really friendly as well. the only thing is, when you go in this pub, you never want to leave, you wish it was your local :) oh and the best thing about this pub is from Sunday to Thursday beers are cheaper, I've never had a bad pint from here and its the best place to have a great night without spending a fortune. you can't go wrong when your favorite beer is £2.45 a pint!

Really nice pub friendly atmosphere. Two open hearth fire places in one room. Thatchers gold on tap; one of my favs. The room looked very nice but windows wouldn't stay open with a small amount of mold on the sill. Main overhead light in the bathroom didn't work. But other than that very good. Massive king size bed and ample parking. Enjoyed it very much

Great traditional pub with a very good range of food and drinks whilst also offering accommodation. Ideal location at the Market Square in Ringwood High Street. Hence it's also a good base to explore the New Forest and surrounding areas.

Rooms are small, aren't as clean as they could be and breakfast is no longer included. Staff are generally nice but have had one be rude to me. Food is standard pub food, nothing to shout home about. Would recommend the star instead but it's usually booked up. Wouldn't stay here unless you don't really have a choice as there are better places around.

Never been before so wasn't sure what to expect. Very friendly, great service, wonderful food.. We had a round table for 6 people in a room with subdued lighting which was very pleasing.. We will be going again.
