We went here for our anniversary last weekend and really enjoyed ourselves, the food was absolutely delicious and decent portions. Staff were lovely and very attentive, cocktails didn't take too long to come and were very nice. Only downside we were placed on a very small table in the corner when we had booked and we saw people walk in and be sat on tables that sat four which was a little annoying as we had to put all the menus on the window ledge beside the table and the seat running alongside the wall was a bit too high for the table meaning my partner was quite uncomfortable. But other than that the food was faultless and reasonably priced would really recommend!
The food is actually quite nice, aside from some suspect meat, but they're getting two stars due to their customer service. The owners obviously didn't know I speak Thai I'm white so I could understand all the problematic comments they were making about my physical appearance. I also think they printed their own food hygiene certificate, as the number doesn't match the one on the FSA website.
I used to order here all the time and was a longtime customer when I was in 1st year of uni. I decided to order again tonight but the quality of the food has declined drastically since the last time. All the food was extremely oily, greasy and very bland. Both my partner and I ended up not being able to eat it as the amount of oil/grease was making us feel sick. We put a complaint in through uber which we ordered through and we are waiting to hear back from. Overall, very disappointing and will not be ordering again. Edit: We got a full refund through uber because of how bad it was. In response to the response below, we chose to complain through uber rather than directly after reading the reviews of other customers that complained being verbally abused. After having another look at the reviews and reading though the other abusive written responses we will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The food is excellent, fresh and delicious. However, recently the service has not been good. We've had numerous problems; waited nearly two hours for delivery, had the wrong food delivered, gone to collect food, got home and its the wrong food. On one occasion I rang to discuss the problem and the phone was put down on me. We love to support local, but not when the service is so bad.
Pretty mediocre food standard, massive overuse of MSG Glutamat, fluffy rice was actually a microwaved block of precooked rice still in plastic bag being put in a tray to give the impression of an adequate portion of rice which it wasn't, unappealing/cheap impression, all three of us agreed that MSG and food leaves a unpleasant taste, being busy on Saturday night is no excuse, overall not recommended,
Ordered three times now and tried different dishes and every last dish is better than the last and feels like I can’t stop eating, all that i can say is great job and its HALAL
Delicious authentic south east asian food and very good customer services..Food: 5/5
Only writing a review as we really enjoy the food. I can only speak as I find. My other half looked at the reviews after we ordered and I was a bit worried but everything was fresh and tasty. Like to support local business and will be a return customer.
