I had a leaflet through my door CLEARLY saying 'DELIVERY'... TRY as I might calling the ONLY number printed & on there website & on here.. Nothing not a tone or engaged just totally DEAD.. I can't believe they are in business still as you can't contact them for a delivery, you can't contact them to order food even if you want to pick up. You can't even order on the website.. WHY delivery leaflets for a TAKEAWAY that has NO working options to contact them...... WHY!@@ This should have ZERO stars but that's not an option on this sight
Usually we have no problems but this time we got stir fried cabbage and carrots instead of pak choi and garlic. The rest of the order was ok, chicken balls, Singapore noodle, chow mein and special curry, however was charged for something we didn't get and replaced with...‍Food: 3/5
Poor consumer service, very rude on the phone and don't pay attention when customer is making other hence always deliver wrong food in other to get more money.
Been getting our takeaways from here for ages now and have never had a bad one. They are always friendly and helpful and the food is always hot and delicious. I like it because it isn't greasy like some others we've had. Delivery is usually quite quick although sometimes it can be hard to get through on the phone during busier times. You can also go & collect or just pop into the shop and wait. Would thoroughly recommend the Oriental Wok.
Tasty food . I recommend roast duck chow main and crispy duck spring rolls but all food is very tasty
The food is amazing always hot and fresh the staff are friendly enough when I called the last time to place my order they were just about to close but the lady made my food and then waited for me to get there to collect it even after they were supposed to be shut which was nice of her if I’m eating Chinese food I’m eating it from here keep up the good work oriental wok best Chinese about no contest
Ordered my takeaway last night to collect, once I got home to tuck into it it was one the worst food I have ever had I ordered salt and pepper chicken which was chicken balls in batter with pepper strips and onions and chow main which tasted like it was cooked two days ago, I paid over £10 for this pile of s..t which I felt was not fit for human consumption, it was not worth taking it back will not be visiting that takeaway again and would advise the same to others in the end we had food from the local Turkish takeaway and still had change to buy two tins of larger It should be called Oriental Muk and not Oriental Wok…….
We fancied something different today so we decided to order Thai King Prawns Cow Main. It was slightly sweet and spicy how we like it. Food was fresh and so tasty, delivery was very quick. We can highly recommend
Food tastes fine......Hygiene rating says "NO" ! I always liked the food here - nothing special but always tasted good. But I've stopped going here after my wife pointed out that at it's last inspection they scored ZERO on a 0 - 5 scale with the Food Standards Agency. It's no wonder that they haven't hung their rating up in the shop window. Who gets a Zero rating ????? And why ?????
