Food is really nice but... Service is disgusting. We ordered from them today, but food has never arrived. We left the note that please call when arrive as we are living not in main building.In 2 hr time I called them to ask where is the food, and they said they delivered it to main house!!! We tried to check if anyone took it , but no one opened the door for us. We tried to be very nice and explain situation to the supervisor in the restaurant, but he started to blame us, said that it is not true and he don't care as delivery was done...After 3 hours of waiting and arguing with the supervisor, which was EXTREMELY RUDE, he said that driver will bring food to us, but we need to pay extra 3 pounds as a delivery charge. I had no cash , so I said no and that I can not give my bank details on the phone, so he said that in this case I am not going to get my food... Instead of lovely dinner I received blames on me for no reason...Very sad...

Horrendous experience with a delivery order. 1st and last time customers. Order took 1.5hrs after being promised 45-60mins. It was then '10 mins away' after I chased. 30 minutes later, it arrived. They offered a £1 discount and were audaciously rude to us on the phone, refused to apologise and then they asked for their food back... please enjoy it, we wouldn't have.
