I recently used OCK Surveys to carry out a Buildings Survey on a flat that I am purchasing.  I found the service provided to be excellent, being prompt and very professional.  The report was provided the day after the survey and it was comprehensive, clearly written and very helpful to me in evaluating the property. Upon reviewing the survey I was able to discuss the findings, and questions I had, with the Surveyor Hillel Broder was was very informative and helpful.
