Sat and waited half an hour past my son's appointment time who is 2yrs old and clearly there coz he isn't well, as was seen Monday and told to bring back if no improvement then for the reception to tell me to stand outside with him on the 8th December 2017 absolouty disgusting

2 miles away from this surgery. Phoned 8.15 am and told them I had an insect bite and on holiday they insisted there was no appointment over next 2 days and that I would have to register temporarily - this given as a reason why they could not see me. Said I should go to Folkestone Hospital 13 miles away! I just don't believe they could not fit me in.
