Initially had to join the NHS waiting list due to the impact of Covid, this wasn't too long and have received some excellent dental treatment in the past year. Professional and friendly service all round. Highly recommended A*****
From past experiences have always been petrified of the thought of going to the dentist. Shaking crying cancelling appointments because the fear was too much. However I have a dentist called Raxit at this practice. He is absolutely brilliant! So patient with me being a nervous patient. He reassures me, makes sure I’m okay and makes me feel comfortable. Never have I had trust in a dentist but now I do. I would really recommend him. He has helped me tremendously and is brilliant at what he does! The receptionists are lovely and so welcoming. I’m so happy to have found this practice.
It was not me having dental treatment but a client I look after who has disabilities . Receptionist really friendly and efficient BUT the dentist was just awful. Very rude, dismissive, patronising to not just me but my client . They'd had 4 teeth removed but when I asked them if they had a tissue he replied she would not need one. Don't usually leave reviews but he was so unpleasant felt I needed too. Thankfully we have managed to move the client to another dental practice.
As a new patient with super densitive teeth I was nervous, but the reception and the dentist was so empathic, and kind I was soon at ease. The dentist was gentle, and explained the process throughout so I always knew what to expect. I was treated with kindness and courtesy throughout. I'm so pleased to have found this excrllent NHSdental practice.
I have never felted so relaxed as I did today on going to the dentist. My teeth are rotten but due to a broken tooth last night I had to find one very quick. I have a very high factor of the dentist but today I overcome this fear and can say they never judged me on my teeth.
States on website they are taking on nhs patients for emergency treatment but when my partner rang was told no and she'd have to go on a waiting list, thats really good for severe tooth pain.
Absolutely terrible. Very unsympathetic and rude dentists. Particular dentist made tooth worse, appeared to be inexperienced and uncaring. Found a new dentist in Folkestone who offers efficient and excellent dental care.
Friendly receptionist, dentist.
Friendly staff and always a good service.
