As a first-time customer living abroad but with family living locally I was very pleased with the service I received. I wanted to support local business and not go through the Interflora route and when I spoke to the owner, Annette I immediately knew I'd done the right thing. She was an exceptionally knowledgeable person and passionate about her craft. All round a very lovely lady with great service.
Sent flowers for a wedding anniversary. Requested Autumnal colours, the lovely lady on the phone said fresh flowers were coming in today and she would arrange a Hand Tied bouquet from them. My Sister, who they were for, sent me a photo of them. Stunning. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you Orchard Florists and I will be using you again.
Have recently started using this florist when needing same day delivery. Wonderful gracious service from ladies that care presumably the owner as rarely find employees so pleasant. Lovely flowers delivered in no time and lasted ages. Thanks Orchards you make my wife happy. Happy wife, happy life.

Great service, Ordered flowers for same day delivery, they were delivered within 2 hours, the flowers have lasted 2 weeks so far and still look good.
