A great service. I ordered a cab and it turned up within 10 minutes as promised. The driver was very courteous and was adhering to the recent COVID safety requirements. Cheaper than Über! Thank you for a great service. Will definitely be using the service again.
I booked a car on 31/07/2020 at about 6pm for 22:30 pick up at Gatwick. I confirmed my arrival at 22:34 and I had to wait full 60 minutes for a pick up. I didn't pay the fare.
Efficient pickup from Gatwick airport. The system is great which allows you to track the driver. Brilliant
July 2019 - New management have ruined this company. Previously very reliable but since the change, my family have almost missed two flights. The guy on the switchboard is totally incompetent and blames everyone else for his own idiocy. Save yourself the stress and use a different company.

Very good service. I had a Executive Car yesterday and they provided me with my choice of ribbon for the car at no extra cost. Definitely will be using you guys again.
I've used various minicab and taxi services over the years and have to say that Orbital Cars are the most reliable and friendly service Ive used so far. Their cars are clean, well maintained and the drivers have good conversation- but also leave me to chill when I'm tired. I recommend these guys without any hesitation.
RECENTLY THESE GUYS HAVE CHANGED THE MANAGEMENT AND PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT SERVICE TO THE LOCALS..... THEY HAVE RENOVATED THE PLACE, WHICH GIVES A NEW LOOK TO THE LITTLE TOWN, AND UPGRADED THERE DISPATCH SYSTEM... I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY
The service had gone much better since the company has exchanged hands. We stopped using orbital but are glad to be back
