From the second I walked through the door I was very warmly welcomed by the host Bridin. She is a truly warm, friendly and lovely person and makes you feel relaxed even before you have any treatments. Orba is a wonderful relaxing place in itself and the treatment I received was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone. Please give it a try.

A friend and I visited Orba for the spa experience for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience right from the deep tissue massage, to the infra red sauna, the wonderful selection of delicious nibbles and the Prosecco in the outdoor hot-tub surrounded by nature and finally a nature walk in our robes  Bridin and the other staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this Yoga Retreat and Health Spa. Bridin has made me feel so welcome and comfortable by providing a friendly, relaxing and clean environment. Every class or retreat I've attended has had me feeling like a completely new woman!

just completed “The Revive and Restore”Winter retreat in Orba.A very special experience.So well organised from start to finish.The yoga ,the back bends ,the meditation and the lovely vegan food amazing desserts!.Bridin is a fab teacher and a wonderful welcoming host.Highly recommend it!!

An amazing little oasis of calm and serenity in the heart of the Co. Tyrone countryside. Amazing classes and workshops which leave You feeling refreshed & revived! Highly recommend!

Lovely relaxed setting. Friendly staff. We did the spa package. Really enjoyed the full body massage, snack platter was amazing, all with hot tub and sauna to hand. Great way to catch up and chill out. Thanks Orba, we'll be back.

Orba is a fabulous place I have really enjoyed going to for some time now.  Caroline and Bridin always offer a warm welcome.  The yoga classes are fantastic and I find them both relaxing and challenging.  The massage is second to none.  The setting is also very relaxing especially when viewed from the hot tub!  There are a range of workshops and events offered through the year so lots of choice and all geared up towards improving overall well-being.

Absolutely wonderful place! It was so relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and Brigid was very friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to provide me with gluten free buns as part of my food platter. I will definitely be back!

I have been practicing my yoga with Bridin for years & this continues to be one of my favourite places. You will always leave Orba feeling a million times better than when you arrived!
