Have been there with family a few times. Nice public facility. Experience is hit and miss. Water in the main pool seems quite clean. Possibly in the kids pool too, except for ocassional burst nappies, due to inconsiderate parents... Most pool staff are kind and professional. A coulple of elderly female staff display excessive zeal and occasional hostility. One tapped me vigurously on my head after swimming a couple of laps to inform me that my eye mask was not compliant with the pool rules it was a low volume free diving mask that I am using in the open ocean. Unpleasant and disproportionate - she had many other more civilised and respectful choices than knocking my head, repeatedly. When I came out I asked for explanations from other, more pleasant, members of staf who just rolled their eyes and shrugged shoulders, unable to understand it themselves... A different lady member of staff, also senior, kept aggresively asking my partner and child where were their blue wrist bands, 8-10 minutes after arrival - since I was back in the locker room area looking for them. Every 3 minutes a new fly by, asking again and warning them with expulsion - as if they found their PERPS. Generally very strict about everything - except for the up-keep of the facilities: Once I was invited out of the sauna area after 30seconds since the staff informed us it was malfunctioning and they were cordoning it off. The booking system a total hot fudge - we arrived at a 10 guests waiting queue that kept growing, to mysteriously be let in - in a grup of 20, without any noticeable large numbers coming out. Strange management. Great facilities.
Had a lovely time, jacuzzi is great, steam room and Sauna also. 2 smaller pools lovely and warm for kids. Large pool for adults.
Deleting customers data so that they have to do inductions multiple times seems like a little bit of a scam. I've already done 2 inductions with you guys now you want a 3rd no Bueno
Great value clean great pool and spa complex. The Aqua fit classes are great
Always good for a swim, with three pools of different depths and temperatures!.
