Not a great experience. Won't use again unless I really have to. Staff not particularly friendly and seem to look down their nose at you. Maintenance and improvements never materialised.
After many years of money struggles and not thinking a mortgage was possible Jo Rix at Optima made it happen, Jo was down to earth spoke at our level and was always available at hand to answer any question. More importantly made us feel we could ask any question and not feel silly or an inconvenience I would recommend Jo Rix to anyone as she truly made our dream come true !! X
This estate agent were handling the selling of a property in wisbech, a lovely house called carol house, crown road which has been on the market for 9 months. i left london to view said property but unfortunately was stuck in traffic and arrived 24 mins late. after a 3 hour drive costing 50 pounds in a 5litre car, no-one was there. called the office to be told the estate agent had left and was already on her way to another viewing... so basically she waited 15 mins for someone traveling 100 miles through traffic. Also, why book a viewing at 1pm and another at 2pm that are 25 mins distance apart? how long do these people expect you to view a property to pay hundreds of thousands of pounds for? 10 minutes? Whoever owns carol house, you could have had the house sold if not for these idiots. Well done Optima. Im sure Optima estates agents in general aren't bad but this branch need a lesson in selling
