Monica is a superb optician. Very professional and extremely friendly and caring The surgeon that did my lens replacement was very skilled and made me very relaxed during the procedure. I should have done it years ago and not have been scared about it at all. Thankyou so much.. I can see without glasses for the first time in my life.
Well where do I start The whole procedure from my initial contact with Optical express is one of great satisfaction from the Reception staff optometrist to the Nurses and the surgeon who performed my Lens Replacement nothing but professionalism and care from the minute I walked in through the door. I was put at ease with being informed step by step of my procedure and what the outcome would and should be and the best lens for my condition. I have just had my 1 week consultation and everything is great I can’t tell you how good my sight is now accept a week ago I would have had to wear glasses to write this review or read what I am typing I am delighted with the result and looking forward to my eyes settling down even more in the near future. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Optical express Nottingham for making me a very Happy Glasses free Man. Thank you again Ian
From start to finish the whole process has been easy, straight-forward and comfortable. I felt completely informed the whole time, and the team always happily answered any of my queries. I had the surgery yesterday, and today have woken up feeling amazing! Just had my 24 hour review and my vision is 20/20. Can’t thank Optical Express enough. Would highly highly recommend!!
From the very first visit Optical Express make me feel at ease, never pressured into having the surgery. So glad I went for the surgery. Sophie was such a help and so lovely. When I went for the operation everyone was so nice. So happy with my new vision.
Two years ago, I had LASEK eye surgery at Optical Express and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr mughal, who performed the surgery, was outstanding. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the start to end, and he was careful and approachable. Special thanks to Sophie, Hayley, Sharon and Antony for their exceptional service and friendly attitudes, making each visit enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to extend my gratitude to Rikesh for his excellent and thorough aftercare which ensured a smooth recovery!
I had laser surgery to correct short nearsightedness in 2011 which was pain free and instant results. I've just had my regular eye test, and the optician not only told me my eyesight was still perfect, but that my laser treatment was the best results he'd ever seen. Whilst the clinicians who I saw may no longer be at branch, I would highly recommend laser surgery in general for anyone who is thinking about it.
Thorough eye test performed today. Had one previously elsewhere but came here for reassurance. Chose optical express as my husband had eye surgery here and he is extremely happy with the results. Thank you to Monica for the eye test and thank you to Sophie, Sharon and Hayley for all their help during my visit. I don’t recommend many places but I do recommend optical express Nottingham.
I recently had multifocal lense replacement surgery at the Nottingham clinic and I have to say the whole process from initial consultation through to final discharge has been a very smooth process, yes I was very nervous before the operation but all the staff from reception through to theatre could not have been any more reassuring. I would like to thank everyone at the Nottingham clinic and I can now say that the end result is better than I expected, my vision is perfect and amazing. Very happy customer
Aim to see without the use of glasses the outcome full 20:20 vision. The Consultant and staff at Nottingham were excellent - they went and continue to go the extra mile on every visit. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed at every stage. This was a service executed very very well. Many thanks.
