Would not recommend Bought a property where this company was the agent. Had a query regarding the property and two seperate people told me they would chase this up with owner. This was not done. The sale was about to complete and I needed some further information. I sent two emails and they did not even bother replying to say if they could help. Will definitely not be using them if I'm selling or letting in future.

If you're a tenant, you'll have nothing but trouble with this lot. All they care about is getting your rent money. You need repairs done you'll be waiting and repeatedly calling for weeks. Delay one rent payment by a couple of days and they're all over you like a rash. It's obvious they see tenants as nothing but an inconvenience.
