The staff are Rude, condescending and very unprofessional. We rented a 3 bed property for 3 tenants. There was only 2 beds in the FURNISHED house as was advertised. I bought a bed for my Brother. I got money deducted from my deposit for disposal of said bed. We kept the house immaculate during our tenancy. I got charged £110 for cleaning also. STAY AWAY! disgusting company.

We are experienced landlords in England but have no knowledge of Scottish regulations. We found Belvoir very professional in answering our questions, offering advice and leading us through the intricacies of registration, legal requirements etc. They also helped us with sourcing tradesmen and we are finding their management service excellent.

We are very glad we have Belvoir looking after our properties. They check the properties every month and send us a report and highlight any problem area's. We have had the same tenants for over three years now that says it all. Well done all at Belvoir Falkirk. Andy & Pat.

I have rented a property through belvoir falkirk.They became unprofessional, unfair and greedy about my deposit at the end of the tenancy. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Huge disappointment!!
