The strange lady didn't answer anything, good evening, she just looked at me strangely and for the first time in your network I felt like an unwanted custome

I was welcomed with happy employees. A gorgeous gorgeous lady called Danielle served me. She was an absolute delight. As the store was quiet at the time we managed to have a little chat. All the staff were so friendly.

Generally good but one female member of staff is very rude. Despite wearing her mask hanging from one ear she obviously has a problem with people who are medically exempt. No hello or good morning and she was sneering the whole time she served me. Middle aged woman with dark hair. Terrible customer service.

Good when it's actually open.nI visited to buy fresh baked baguettes, none in the rack and when I asked if there was some out the back to come out I was told that the order didn't arrive.nThe assistant suggested I tried Sainsbury's down the road ,which I did and will continue to do.nOn several occasions the store was closed for deliveries, and following the delivery ,if it was frozen goods they have to put it away before reopening.nAlways queues at the till as filling shelves seems to more important than serving customers.nIt used to be a great shop but it has seriously gone downhill.

Went in for emergency electric this morning. My four year old son coughed, and I was told by the cashier, that he shouldn't be in there. Her whole attitude was disgusting, I will not leave my child alone in the car. Maybe next time, she should wear her mask properly, and not on her chin. I will not be shopping there again.
