Picked up a parcel from this place, the person behind the counter didn’t seem like he wanted to serve me to busy on his phone to care, eventually he bothered to take note I was stood there, after getting the parcel wrong three times giving me other peoples without a care in the world I then was given my fragile parcel upside down with the clear marking arrows “up this way” slammed it on the counter, once I had got it home and checked the item was broke to my surprise…. I’ve contacted the small business hopefully they chase that place for a refund as it was clearly the shop worker who broke it. Hopefully I never have to pick up a parcel from this shop again.
The boy that serves on the counter with the ponytail is the rudest boy I've ever come across, doesn't even look at you and just chucks your change over the counter. Will be telling everyone not to shop here. RUDE.
Will not take Amazon returns, even when Amazon says that they do and a sign on the door says they do. Most rude lady on the counter. DON'T GO THERE.
