Prices are not accurate. Labels are not up to date. Charge you more then what it’s advertised for
One stop has affordable prices and is perfect for last minute shopping- especially when you’ve forgotten something for dinner. : customer service is always amazing especially from Scott and dale. Very pleasant and will continue to spend my hard earned money here. Keep it up
Absolute appalling customer service by a few members of staff , where some are delightful. Refused to take MyHermes parcels as they were not in a brown plain box !! The member of staff stated it was new My Hermes rules and proceeded to show me a laminate sheet of new rules . I rang around other drop off points as the new packing rules seemed ridiculous and they had not been told this !! -Nor is there anything stating these new packaging regulations by My Hermes on the website.nnSeems that One Stop Thrapston don’t want to have My Hermes clients in their shop dropping off parcels and then spending money on the goods they sell .
My local and I prefer it to coop. Prices are reasonable and they have what I need - don’t go for fruit and veg tho as they do not have it. But quick meals and regular meds or toiletries they do have!
