Worst post office ever. Don’t waste your time coming here. Staff are slow, unhelpful and don’t know what they are doing. I don’t think they’ve ever heard of customer service.
Do not even bother using their post office services. Absolutely useless and not the first time this has happened. Will complain to Royal Mail as well. Why get funded by Royal Mail to have a post office if you can't serve your customers???
Poorly run especially the post office the staff don't know the opening times written next to the counter got refused to send a letter by sale assistant saying its closed even though it was 18 30. Had to ask for manager who did it without problems. This was not the first time I got refused . Always had a bad experience here. Even got refused one evening to buy a lottery ticket as the sales assistant couldn't be bothered. As for the products I rarely found what I needed. Always the same excuses. I'm fedd up with this shop.
Dreadful service at this post office. When they choose to open they couldn't work any slower. Its almost like they are still learning how to process parcels. On the scales, off the scales, on the scales, off the scales!! :O

rubbish lied bout the age for a monster he said it was 25 but it’s 16 so sort ur workers out.
