I had an appointment with Graham today who made me feel so at ease, comfortable and heard. I have been diagnosed with Alopecia and have bald patches which I wanted covering up. I showed him styles I liked, we spoke about hair styles etc and how he would adapt them for my head shape. He then gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I love my hair and feel so confident!! No more wearing hats to cover the patches. I can honestly say I walked out of the salon with the biggest smile I’ve had for a while. I even booked in for 6 weeks time! Thank you Graham, you are a hero!
Great salon with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I have been coming to the salon for a few years now and it has always been a good experience. I have my hair done with Erin, and she is fab! She is super friendly and always does such a brilliant job at getting the colour just right! She really listens and hits the mark. She is also really neat- I never leave with those awful dark patches of colour around my hair line that you can have with some stylists. So no need to dash home to try scrub off the excess hair dye! To top it off, I usually come in with my baby and Erin is so lovely with him and is really accommodating! Would highly recommend.
Ellie has absolutely transformed my hair, she is so friendly and professional makes you feel so comfortable. My hair looks amazing and feels so healthy. Definitely recommend the one salon especially Ellie!
Today was my first visit to One for about 15 years! I had been growing my hair recently and was very excited to have it re styled somewhere new. I have to say the service prior to even sitting in the chair was outstanding! Ellie was running late, but they were super attentive to me and so accommodating. Ellie did the best cut I’ve had in years! I cried! She was so very sweet and knowledgeable, I can’t thank her enough!!! If only there were 50 stars instead of just 5! Well done Ellie! I will be back soon
I am so impressed by the service at one salon. Alyssa is so accommodating and goes above an beyond to cater my needs. I found it difficult to find a hairdresser who I could feel comfortable with and Larissa did just that! And I love how she cut and styled my hair. I'm really pleased with the service I was shown. Especially by Alyssa and Larissa
If I could rate 10 x 5 stars I would! Jo is a wonderful hairdresser and absolutely understands all about my hair and what’s required, I would never go anywhere else! It always looks and feels amazing! Also a huge 5 star to Larissa too! I found out today she is now fully qualified and I’m so pleased for her, a lovely, polite young lady who will go far and do very well!
Ellie transformed my hair!! Added layers and blow dried it so perfectly, can’t remember the last time it looked and felt this healthy. Lovely lovely lady, I will be rebooking for colour next time too :

Thank you Larissa for an amazing scattered balayage on my hair! You always do such a great job, after going to many hairdressers and not leaving feeling happy with my hair I love to go to Larissa and every time leave feeling happy and confident with my hair. Also thank you to Holly who does an amazing job with styling my hair and recommending what products are best for my hair. I would highly recommend it!
I wanted a change of hair colour and took a photo in to show Jo. She took time to explain the process and advise on after care. I was a bit apprehensive about how my hair would look, but was delighted with the result as it looked better than the picture! Thank you Jo for being so encouraging a positive.
