Fantastic staff and a friendly atmosphere, this gym has really stepped up in the last 7-8 months. New mats, machines and timetable have seen an increase in new faces! It has a variety of classes which are trainer led, if you’re like me and not a ‘gym bunny’ these are quality. A big thank you to everyone!!!
Spectacularly friendly staff, and excellent equipment. Not a full on body building gym, but I can guarantee that you will want for nothing if you are a high level gym fanatic like me and do a fair amount of body building. Lots of classes too, though I am not a class goer so can't particularly comment with the exception of speed flex which I went to for a week. Definitely recommend for someone looking for high intensity interval training with little spare time.
A couple of years ago this gym was great. Reasonably priced, pretty well equipped etc. It has since changed ownership. Prices have been hiked and there is now no flexibility on what you pay for: you basically have to pay much higher membership for classes / speedflex that you know you'll never want to use. We've moved to TheGym in Redhill for half the price, and we're really pleased we did
Staff got my details wrong on two separate occasions both during the registration process and after because they entered incorrect details once again despite spelling it out very slowly so I gave up trying to have it corrected... Changing room lockers are filthy and left strange marks on my black clothes. The whole place is super tiny and equipment sub par. I would expect this kind of standard for a membership costing £20 or less but at £42 per month it's just not justifiable whatsoever. It's a shame.
I'm no longer member of this gym! I'm really disappointed and should've read the google comments and reviews before I joined in! The staff is not friendly at all apart from the girl of the reception, you don't have wifi for the customers even being the most expensive gym in the area once I asked for the wifi a member of the staff and I've been recommended to get the wifi from the supermarket underneath the gym! I've been charged an extra 10 pounds fee for a plastic card with the excuse it was the join fee! The water fountain is always warm forcing the customers spend more money on M&S for a fresh water. Excessive emails pushing for a membership has also bordering me pretty much. Knowing that I just hope you guys can be more friendly and clear with the new customers! Definitely we don't get what we pay for. I wouldn't recommend this gym and I'm definitely gonna leave my review on google and Facebook About all this issues!
The gym has a great atmosphere and a good selection of equipment and sessions. I've also found the staff very friendly and helpful when I've needed assistance.
Good local gym. Clean, good array of equipment and classes. Also offer PT. Friendly helpful staff !
Good gym. Has got a wide variety of equipment, including two bench press areas, a squat rack, and plenty space to do deadlifts.
Great gym, great facilities, great classes and amazing and very supportive staff, 100% recommendable!
Awful gym, no atmosphere. PTs always moaning about each other or the gym itself. Plenty of other better choices locally.
