Such a shame … your gym is going to have a lawsuit on its hands at some point especially as you’re now filling up with under 16’s and have been for quite some time , these children are going to have an accident and when that happens you will understand that KPIs and membership targets won’t matter anymore . I have been a member for over some time now and have now chosen to cancel my membership with you or at least this branch . It used to be a great gym with rules that’s now sadly broken every day by underage children . Children who don’t wear gym attire , children who use their mobile devices while using equipment, snap chatting , txting and mid way calling , children who strain and don’t use the equipment correctly whilst showing off their strength . This year it has become too much , especially January. The amount of children or very young under 16’s has become a joke … your staff can see this and every other gym member trying to get enjoy their time at the gym . It’s become a joke ! My daughters friends were in the gym when I was in and they were all 14 , with 14 year old boys too … if they get injured or cause injury to other fellow users then that’s on your branch and your brand . I would suggest you look into this and deal with the matter at hand , otherwise I’ll go to the press and show them what’s happening in this gym . As there is no rules for them then there won’t be rules for me when I film and photograph these children and expose this practice of poor and dangerous out hand members which you haven’t challenged ! Please do your self a favour and fix this or I will . I await your response eagerly. Ali

It’s the cheapest gym for a reason. It has plenty of equipment but always busy so may be waiting to get on some equipment etc. can’t really complain though for the price. Friendly PT’s that are willing to help out where they can
I really like this gym. I like to use the resistance machines and this is the first gym I have been to that has 2 sets of most machines. Really nice staff. Lovely and clean.
A great place to focus on your personal health and well-being. Great equipments and spacious. 24 hour access which is amazing for a varied lifestyle.
This is my local gym so I was really looking forward to my pop-up DJs set hear. The staff are always bubbly and smiling with a very welcome vibe. There is more than enough free weights that you will never need to wait for some plus the classes are quick, fast and engaging. The place is always clean, practical and a great place to work out in general
Struggle to get on equipment at peak times. Put prices up and unjustified. Aot of youngsters who don't particularly help. But it's ok.
Very neat and tidy with Gym instructors ready to help. Variety of equipments to train with.Very spacious to facilitate the social distancing. Running 24/7 also offer lots of option on when to come in for gym session.
I enjoy working out here as there are a variety of equipment I can use to workout with. I’m also allowed to bring a guest 4 times with my pass which is nice. The only downside would be the amount of people that show up at peak hours, 5-7, but other than that it is an excellent gym to workout in with a great location in the heart of Redhill
My husband and I work in the local area so I chose to join The Gym Redhill. Being a wheelchair user, overweight and terminally ill, I hadn't been to a gym in 10 years. I was extremely apprehensive! I contacted The Gym directly and arranged a meeting with the manager Ollie. He went through all my needs, health and safety, gave sound and solid advise & his personal number should I need anything. I asked his advice on personal training & trainers as I need extra support in the gym and Ollie couldn't have put me in touch with a better PT. Every single time I enter The Gym, I feel happy, safe, supported and included. Ollie & Sam in particular make the experience so much fun! My PT Carmel makes every session fun, varied and manageable for me. Nothing is too much to ask and we've become firm friends. There are ongoing issues with the lift, which meant at times I couldn't gain access. Ollie & the team do everything they can during these occasional incidents to rectify the situation as quickly as possible & make alternative arrangements for me. Sam, Ollie & Carm have all asked me for my input when it comes to inclusivity, diversity & accessibility at The Gym Redhill. They really value each member, act on all feedback & make The Gym Redhill THE place to workout.
