Struggling with the cost of living? Don't worry, One Call will kick your doors in for the sake of £60.  Loyal customer of 5 years, with zero claims. Missed 1 x direct debit payment due to too many unexpected outgoings. One Call cancelled my policy, without telling me, and then tried to charge me for £170 for cancelling. I didn't cancel. I was unaware of the missed DD until they sent me a letter 3 weeks too late.  It's 2022, and One Call are unable to contact you via email, aside from promotional emails getting you to sign up to other dubious policies. They sent a letter via pigeon in a festive postal strike.  How did they eventually deal with it? Robotic customer service chat with zero culpability or compassion.  Do you know what makes it worse? I tried a new quote for the exact same policy and it was £150 cheaper annually. Did they offer me that at renewal last time? No. They cancelled my policy for the sake of a missed £60, that they didn't tell me about. Cowboys.

Absolutely amazing service. I bought a new car that wasn't listed yet, so it was inputted manually, my current insurance was transferred to my new car, I am very impressed it was sorted in no time. When I tried to do this 2 years with another insurance company well known advertised brand they refused to insure my new car and One Call immediately stepped in and insured the car. I wouldn't go with any other company now. Best service and lower renewal price. Thank you x

Really helpful company. They phoned back, as promised and helped me to renew my motor policy at a lower cost. I have a couple of insurances through this company and all my experiences have been very positive. I can’t remember the name of the representative I spoke to but she was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

One Call have always been very helpful and friendly in the 2 years I’ve had insurance through them. The website and renewals process is easy to use, with contact details to speak to someone readily available. I spoke to a gentleman today - user code LW8 - who was extremely helpful in looking into a better price for my insurance renewal, and offered me a very competitive rate whilst remaining professional, courteous and friendly throughout. Absolutely faultless process to renew, and I really couldn’t ask for better service.

Unexpected follow up call. Gentleman was very polite and was checking that I was happy with and comfortable with the policy I had recently purchased. First off he confirmed my details and that I was happy to continue. He offered to call back at a more convenient time. He then took me through the policy details quickly and efficiently. I'm sorry but I have forgotten his name.

My call was dealt with well and she answered my questions as complete as possible so very satisfied with the service. The call handler had an ID of ES4.  Nothing to do with the individual but I was surprised to find that the cancellation of one of my other policies which is less than 3 months old would only have a small refund of around 10% of the original premium.  This seems a very poor reward for paying for a policy upfront for the year rather than in monthly instalments!

Jasmin, the One call adviser was excellent. She listened to my questions and needs and responded with options and succeeded in providing the cover I needed at the best price she could. The process was efficient and informative. Thank you! Excellent cover and service as was provided the previous year.

I recently spoke to Nicole c about my policy. Nicole was very helpful and professional in answering my questions and fast in replying back to me. I have been with one call now for about 4 years and they have never failed me. I'd recommend them to anyone for top service they provide. Thank you one call I'm a very happy customer.

I rang to check on the renewal price of my policy. I was answered by Abby -AL4 She listened attentively and understood my query. She went to check and returned with a better offer. Needless to say I accepted. A job well done. Great service, U.K. call centre

Had a great talk with Tom today as in TM1. He couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient in dealing with my insurance renewal. And bonus! He found us a great discount which was quite unexpected but very welcome. I’m sticking with One Call as they give a real personal service. Thank you.
