I’m having very bad experience with this insurance company. It is absolutely unreliable and has very poor customer service. The staff have no experience and lack any effective communication skills. I’m trying to claim for my damaged property and have very bad water leakage issues since last 10 months. They are not replying my single email or message. Each time I try to contact them they fake promise saying they are dealing with Direct Group but not getting any feedback or response from them. They are mentally abusing customers and so we give up but I will not give up as we are paying for this service. I will take this as far as I can until serious action is taken.

This company have insured my phone for around 18 months. Unfortunately after 4 I dropped the phone and cracked the screen, the company then called gadget insurance repaired no problem. Unfortunately I dropped it a gain last week now they say they can not repair phone as it was a A grade refurb when I bought it. I would not have a problem with this if they had not took my money for over 12 months knowing this was the situation when i took the insurance out and i provided proof of purchase when first repaired. I feel very angry and ripped off stay well away from this company.

1st time to claim for lost mobile phone. After at least 5 or 6 return emails asking for various pieces of information (which had been sent) I thought I had cracked it after sending original receipt for phone! No problem I thought even though it had taken nearly three weeks I would finally receive a replacement phone. Ha ha just received an email saying they are not going to authorise my claim as under the terms and conditions it was not covered ! Apparently the phone must be within sight at all times, surely then you would not lose it! Funny that as they were happy to take my money but now not so keen to keep their side of the contract. They take your money and don't pay out beware! Read the small print very closely before insuring with these crooks.

Laughable to call themselves an Insurance Company! Stating that they claimed aftershave to be ‘perishable’ when I tried to claim for two bottles that had been ‘stolen’ from me. Nobody claimed it had been drunk! I will be consulting the FCA and Brett what a discourteous, unhelpful being you are! I had to give the one star rating to be able to write a review. You don’t deserve that! People bewareand stay well clear!

First of all they couldnt recognise my policy number....then one week later i end up with 3 different numbers claims for the same device. :X 🤔🤐😵 I request that to be sort it out and ask whats next, but then i was requested for documents which I been sent already 3 times. They tried all the stupid tricks and lies from the book... I am waiting for screen repairing nothing big , but they make all the things so much difficult to work ... the SYStem is rubbish ... customer service LIES ALL THE TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING EVEN FOR THE SMALLEST LITTLE THING ... only promise promise and nothing done .... DONT EVER USE TINHAT TO COMPRARE INSURANCE POLICY - TOO MUCH RISK TO PUT YOU TO SOMEONE Sh**** like DIRECT GROUP LTD ... the lady even lies that she cant receive my emails and advise me to wait 30 min and she will get back to me and that was 10 min before the end of the working day and she continued to flat Lie me .... I would find where to report this company
