I injured my back after not concentrating when weight lifting. The pain would come and go and after 6 weeks it got very bad and I didn't know what to do. Went to One 2 One on my brother's recommendation. After about 5 minutes of questioning me, the physio Rhian knew precisely what exactly I had injured. She massaged the affected area and advised me on what stretches to do which I followed religiously. My second visit was a massage of the same area which was needed. I'm now almost completely recovered. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone with back issues.
Annie has helped me tremendously overcome a back and shoulder injury. Recovery has been much quicker thank I expected. Annie has given me a totally different exercise plan, then I’m used to and it’s working. Of all the physios I’ve worried with in the past, Annie is certainly the best. Very impressed!
Where to start, I wouldn’t be where I am today or as physically able as I am if it wasn’t for the first class service provided by One2One Therapy. After suffering serious health issues in 2022 they have been instrumental in aiding my rehabilitation. Raynor Massage Therapy with Adam, must admit most effective massage treatment I've ever received, with release of long term musculoskeletal issues achieved and a much more comfortable and mobile physical health and improved wellbeing.
The company has been amazing! As someone diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, I've been consistently suffering with tension and pain. I've been going to One 2 One therapy for a good few months now seeing Rhian for massages and now Adam for Raynor massages and it's been wonderful. I didn't realise just how much tension I had stored in my hips and stomach. If you feel like you could benefit from getting a massage and removing built up stress, I would highly recommend coming here!
After two years of rapidly decreasing physical activity through constant foot pain and injury, I’ve had sessions of raynor massage and physio. It’s amazing to feel the difference in pain improvement and mobility. First massage session my feet felt like they were walking on clouds as they were released from years of tension. I was diagnosed with Golfers Elbow by my GP and Surgery physio but decided to contact One2One to hopefully speed up the healing process. I was seen by Annie Williams who confirmed my GP's assessment but she also discovered a problem with my tricep muscle which therefore also needed treatment. After a few sessions, I'm now able to play golf again pain free. I'm very grateful to Annie for spotting the additional problem and also for the first class treatment I received. I can't recommend her highly enough.
I've had physio a few times at one2one and attended one of their wellbeing workshops. The therapists are really committed to promoting health and wellbeing and delivering the best possible service. I have been impressed with the team's knowledge and they have helped me recover function very quickly on a number of occasions - absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.
