Been using Gareth and GTD Sports therapy for the past five years for various injuries and rehab. Ive had injuries ranging from shoulders, knee MCL's and ankles injuries accurately diagnosed and treated before visiting doctors and getting MRI scans. Great soft tissue work with knowledge over and above what is required of him.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for a few months and the doctors could only help so much. Having never been for treatment before I was a bit nervous about visiting, but honestly the girls and Gareth were so friendly and warm aswell as the Therapy Centre feeling very welcoming! I waited no time at all and Gareth saw straight away what was causing me problems and he set my back right! I just wish I had visited sooner! Thank you so much!

Gareth provides a service & level of honestly rarely seen in this profession. Always does his best to get to the true nature of any problem you may be experiencing, & has a wide range of skills & treatment options. Without doubt the best sports therapist in Bridgend.

After visiting GP for neck and shoulder pain associated with long shifts using keyboard and mouse, she suggested a deep tissue massage. I booked an appointment with Gareth and after a thorough consultation followed by acupuncture, deep tissue massage and manipulation I felt much looser and the pain eased. More importantly, I have suffered with headaches which I just learned to live with for many years - these ceased from that first appointment and I can say with no exaggeration that this has changed my life. Thanks Gareth.

8 months in pain, physio after physio, various pain killers and a change of job led me to this place . 1 session and 80 percent of my pain gone !!! After the first session I slept all of that night with no pain killers at all ONE session !!! This guy is amazing . I couldn't recommend this place enough !!!! Thank you so much xx
