As a very busy and very popular sandwich shop read all the reviews, and especially on Fridays and Saturdays when there can be a shop full of customers waiting their turn to be served these are our bread and butter customers who visit our shop on a regular basis and deserve our best attention, we will not jeopardize our regular customers by taking large one off orders which may take 20-30 mins to put together. By taking large orders you leave your business open to large holes when these customers decide to take there business elsewhere. we apologize for being abrupt or sounding rude, however when you have a shop full of customers you have little time for lengthy explanations. we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers and for all the really special reviews you have left for us.

We ran a school trip on Friday 29th June. As a treat the kids were offered a breakfast sandwich and I attempted to telephone through the order in advance. I was shocked that as I was giving the order the person I spoke to rudely interrupted me and said he couldn't take such a large order 18 sandwiches!! as they were too busy. I found this strange as most sandwich shops prefer advance orders so that they can be prepared. Needless to say our order and the money was readily accepted elsewhere and we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff. They were delicious. Your competitors have gained our future custom. I've given one star because it won't allow no stars which I would have opted for!
Very rude, unpleasant attitude, its like doing a favour in serving customers. No smile, no greeting and useless service. Avoid this place , this not look hygienic and food taste blant.
