Horrible customer experience. I wanted to leave a parcel for pickup by DPD, but was rejected because they considered the parcel to be too heavy - a limitation that was not indicated on the DPD website. I offered to place the parcel in a spot convenient to them, there would have been no reason at all for them to lift my parcel. They made me walk 1 mile to the next pick up location instead.
