Got a PCR test here and the staff was fantastic. They called me ahead of the appointment to make sure that they answered any of my questions on the procedure Plus they took care of giving me a timeslot that aligned with my flight so the test would be valid when I boarded
This has been my local pharmacy for 7 years and I can always rely on it. Good service. Prescriptions always on time and excellent advice.
Took a RT-PCR test for travelling abroad. Staff members were very courteous. Had to book and cancel tests several times because of flight cancellations but the entire process was smooth and took no time at all. Also appreciate the fact that payment wasn’t required at the time of booking, would’ve been a hassle with all the cancellations. Staff observed all safety procedures and took the swab samples. It was done gently and didn’t hurt at all. I was also explained clearly how to register my test kit online. Best part: Got my test results in less then 24 hours!
Had a PCR test for myself and my partner to get back home. Easily booked, if a little pricey. But the staff are excellent and the test is done by a professional. Very easy, no hassle and 100%. We booked the same day PCR test and had the results in 10 hours and it got us home. Would definitely do it in Newington Pharmacy again.

Excellent service. Unfortunately I have tested positive for COVID, and because I have leukaemia, I am entitled to anti-virals. I was told to expect them the following day, 2 hours later they were delivered. Taking the meds ASAP is important, and this is a very stressful time. I’m so grateful for their speed and efficiency.
Shahzad and the team made light work testing a large group for their flights back to USA. He came to the hotel to make life as simple as possible and conducted the tests professionally and timely. Highly recommend. Andy Tour Manager

Amazing service from Newington Pharmacy. I looked around in finding a PCR test in order to travel, a lamp test/antigen test was not sufficient for my destination and I wanted peace of mind in having the test done on site and not having to worry about finding your own courier etc. I needed the test within 72 hours of travel. All of my requirements were met in a short turn around which made my experience completely stress free. I am so glad that I chose Newington this pharmacy, there is no messing about, really professional and so easy to book in an appointment, lovely staff, a simple quick process and efficient results. The test itself is completely fine for anyone apprehensive and it is over very quick, everything is explained concisely by staff. My test was at 12:25pm and by 9:30am the next morning I had received an email from the lab stating that my sample was received and undergoing testing. At 2:30pm I received my results. This enabled me to travel this morning with no issues, as I was easily able to show proof of my test at numerous points when asked on my journey. I am really impressed, this is a service that you can count on in already stressful times when needing to travel. Well worth the money in getting it done on site if you're afraid you mightn't take the sample correctly etc. Thanks to all the team, a great service all round!
